It is always a challenge to create advertising opportunities in remote locations of the country that do not have readily available OOH media. QBF was challenged by client, EASTERN TELECOM INC., to visit target locations for their upcoming campaign, and create these new opportunites for them. Safe to say, QBF did not disappoint.
